Jointly, this effort will deliver a seamless bi-directional solution that will completely synchronize registration and housing data, resulting in a combined dynamic confirmation for the event participant, and valuable reporting capabilities for the event organizer.

Each time a record is created by an attendee on either the registration or housing system, regardless of when the registration and housing reservations were made or updated, the details of that record are sent in real-time to the partner's database. The attendee will receive a complete and up-to-date single confirmation, dynamically combining their registration and housing information. This further simplifies the customer service process by significantly reducing the possibility of duplicate records in either the registration or housing database.
