Harris Rosen Foundation Creates Haiti Relief Program

Orlando hotelier Harris Rosen, president and COO of Rosen Hotels & Resorts, has coordinated a Haitian outreach program with a goal of raising $1 million. One hundred percent of the contributions received by the Harris Rosen Foundation will go toward relief efforts.
In addition to Rosen Hotels & Resorts, the First Haitian Baptist Church of Orlando, Sen. Bill Nelson’s Office, Consulate of Haiti in Orlando, Haitian American Chamber of Commerce, Tekontrol, and Sen. Gary Siplin’s Office have come together to create a relief program.
The program involves a supply drive, through which the Foundation will collect supplies that will be delivered to Haiti by its Task Force in the coming weeks.
Below are details on specific items that will be collected.
Needed Items
- First Aid Kits
- Medical Supplies (bandages, gauze, peroxide, etc.)
- Blankets
- Towels
- Washcloths
- Hygiene Products (soap, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.)
- Antibiotics
- Bug Spray
No clothes, shoes or food will be accepted at this time.
